How do you handle medications?

We require clear instructions, dosages, schedule. We keep meds safely stored, ensure correct administration, and note in your dog’s care log.

Are extra fees due at pickup / surprise costs?

We believe in transparency. All costs (add‑ons, late pickup, etc.) are listed up front. If anything changes, we let you know immediately.
