What vaccinations/health checks do I need before boarding?

We require proof of up‑to‑date core vaccines (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella), and a negative fecal test if needed. We’ll accept documentation from your vet.

Can I bring my dog’s own bed, toys, or blankets?

Yes! Familiar items help dogs settle. Bring any special items, treats, or bedding. We’ll ensure everything is clean and safe.

What is your cancellation or deposit policy for boarding stays?

We require a Meet & Greet or deposit to reserve a suite. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. After that, a portion may be retained.

What happens overnight? Do you supervise when dogs sleep?

Yes — your pup is never left unsupervised. We follow a schedule, monitor comfort and health overnight, and check in multiple times.
