How do I book a Meet & Greet?
You can fill out the contact form, call, or email. A Meet & Greet is free and scheduled at a time convenient for you to see our space, ask questions, and ensure your pup will be comfortable.
What are your operating hours / availability?
We accept bookings for boarding and daycare by appointment. Drop‑off is typically at [time], pickup by [time]. We’re closed for unscheduled visits without appointment. (Specify days/times.)
Do you offer tours or virtual tours?
Yes — you’re welcome to a tour of the home environment during the Meet & Greet or via video if you prefer before your first booking.
What is your policy if I have an emergency or change in plan?
If something comes up, contact us as soon as possible. We aim to be flexible. Cancellation policies are in place (see service pages), and for emergency deviations we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
